Methodology

This benchmark draws on Peerlabs Q4 2025 quarterly survey (n=127 Top-100 US banks, 68% response rate), supplemented by 24 ethnographic interviews with technical leaders conducted October-December 2025. OSINT data from job postings, press releases, and regulatory filings provides validation. Percentiles are calculated within the selected peer cohort. Confidence intervals vary by metric based on response rates; governance metrics have wider intervals due to self-reporting variance.
